“We had our engagement shoot in Virginia water with snapshot cafe. They were very professional yet the whole experience felt very intimate and personalised. The day was quite overcast which meant the natural lighting wasn’t very good but this was not a problem as Tina brought her own lighting with her to help get the best from the day. We didn’t really have much of an idea about what shots we wanted to get but this wasn’t a problem because Tina’s creativity and experience really put us at ease and made the whole shoot feel natural and genuine. We got around 250 images all edited beautifully which obviously took a lot of time. With snapshot cafe you don’t just get the time on the day of the shoot, you clearly get many hours behind the scenes put into making your images perfect.”

The Art of Customer Service – Preparation Matters
We are dedicated to create memorable & bespoke experiences with our clients.
Booking
Booking our services is simple. Fill in the contact form below and we will contact you within 48 hours by email. (You can also contact us via Whatsapp. Please find our numbers below.)
We will book an initial phone call/ Skype or Zoom consultation to find out more about you and your loved ones.
If you are happy with us, secure your booking by deposit and let us prepare a plan with a mood board for you to review.
Before The Shoot
We will keep in touch with you throughout your preparation period. Two weeks before your wedding, we will double confirm the rundown, group photo list, scout locations, and check the weather forecast. We may need to adjust the plan accordingly. We will update you via calls or messages.
On Your Big Day
Normally, we will arrive halfway during the preparation, to capture the scenery, details, and story. Although we would follow the itinerary, we can be spontaneous to capture any surprises.
Relax, enjoy and have fun in the process!
After the shoot, wait around 10-12 weeks for the reveal session.
Reveal & Celebration
On the reveal day, we will review the result. We will watch the video together and you can pick the photos you want. At the same time, you can order album books and enlargements.
